TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to ModelTreeStore.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. PRODUCTS

ModelTreeStore.com sells natural model tree armatures, finished model trees, scenery materials, and related products.

Because many of our products are made from natural materials, each piece may vary in size, shape, texture, color, and appearance. Natural variation is part of what makes each product unique.

Product photos are intended to provide a general representation of the product. Individual pieces may not look exactly like the item shown in a photograph.

  1. ORDERS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. I reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or affected by an obvious listing or website error.

  1. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

  1. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Shipping is done through the lowest cost carrier. Shipping cost includes the cost of the carrier fee, box and materials and handling time to carefully pack your items.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by ModelTreeStore.com.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I often send photos of your completed trees before shipping them to ask for any adjustments. The products I sell are custom products made from natural materials. All sales are final. There are no refunds for these items.

  1. NATURAL MATERIALS

Natural wood products may contain variations, minor imperfections, bends, cracks, or other characteristics resulting from their natural origin. These characteristics are not considered defects unless specifically stated otherwise.

  1. WEBSITE USE

All content on ModelTreeStore.com, including photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and written material, is the property of ModelTreeStore.com unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ModelTreeStore.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and safely for their intended modeling or craft applications.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

  1. CONTACT

If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, an order, or a product, please contact me through the contact information provided on ModelTreeStore.com.
